Hours of Operation

We are open Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm. We are closed on all Canadian Statutory Holidays. We at Rainbow of Hope Inc. are proud of our product line, believe strongly in the prodcuts and service we offer and have always been committed to providing all our customers with their complete satisfaction. However, because we at Rainbow of Hope are currently in a transition phase and liquidating our stock, all merchandise purchased (with the exception of defective merchandise) is now a final sale and cannot be returned.

Shipping & Taxation

Orders will be shipped out within 72 hours (or 3 business days) of receiving them, unless there is a problem with product availability. Rainbow of Hope Inc. only ships their products within Canada and unfortunately we DO NOT offer international shipping under any circumstance. For U.S. customers, please visit our website for an appropriate link. All items will be shipped using Canada Post. The following Shipping and handling charges will be added to each order once it is placed.
