Receiving a cancer diagnosis is difficult for everyone involved. Adapting to the changes that come from having cancer is made easier when those affected take advantage of the resources made available to them. Often, the treating hospital can suggest agencies that will help with rehabilitation, emotional support, transportation, or home care.

BC Cancer Agency Care and Research - The BC Cancer Agency, an agency of the Provincial Health Services Authority, provides a province-wide, population-based cancer control program for the residents of British Columbia and the Yukon.
Brain Tumor Foundation of Canada - If your life has been changed by a brain tumour, we are here to help. Information for anyone affected by a brain tumour (both malignant and non-malignant as well as primary or secondary) is available free of charge.
